Creative movement is a great way to exercise, express yourself and have fun. In this gentle session we will explore different ways of moving together and being creative. Breathing and moving the body can help us release tension and relax, and dancing together can lift our spirits and improve our wellbeing. Much of the session will take place seated and everyone will be supported to participate as much or as little as they wish. In this way we can reconnect with our bodies and find our own movement expression. Tina is a creative movement facilitator and therapist who believes in the transformative power of dance.
